The building work ran through 2003 and 2004 and the ‘business’ part of the project really kicked off at the start of 2004. it-connects was engaged to help manage the project and its six workstreams that included the processes, organisational design, fit-out and systems for the state of the art facility. This meant planning training room allocation, hotel room booking, travel and parking for up to 400 delegates per day.

The Centre opened on time and on budget in January 2005.

“Stuart, from thebigteam, is a highly efficient project manager with an acute eye for detail and an ability to make people stand up and listen. Stuart and I worked together on a large project and were able to instantly concentrate on our own aspects of the work knowing that the other had their part under control. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Stuart again on another assignment.”Darren Marshall, Owner, CMI Synergy
