Systems Roll Out

In 2008, a Volkswagen Group approached Simon requesting that he bid to tackle the national implementation of their new after-sales system. The system was to be used by over 10,000 people in their retailer network; a network with over 720 different locations in the UK from as far afield as the Shetlands to the Channel Islands.
The task was to design, develop and then deliver coaching sessions to all 10,000 staff onsite at their locations within a six months ‘roll out’ window and manage the entire logistics.
The delivery required the design and development of a full coaching programme with supporting online media including a suite of ‘how to videos’. The execution of the coaching programme had to be programme managed; the success was dependent on roll out plan that was simple and worked.
Simon, and his team of 12 from it-connects, delivered the programme in 2009 on time and on budget with outstanding feedback.
