Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) – Capturing Retailer Feedback
In April 2018, JLR requested feedback from their retailers on systems improvements that they had made to their global systems. thebigteam were commissioned to visit Marshalls Jaguar Land Rover in Cambridge and Guy Salmon Land Rover in Wakefield to speak to the Aftersales Teams and capture video feedback.
The team worked with the retailers to create over 10 short video blogs on various Aftersales systems to be used internally by JLR. thebigteam’s, and Grand Designs Cameraman, Tony Etwell filmed the video clips using an iPhoneX on a Zhiyun Smooth Q Gimbal to deliver some outstanding footage of some fantastic people at the retailers.
